Due to minimum supply of each piece JORGI HEIR requires that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have received a defective, incorrect, or damaged piece(s), please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

All returns under $50 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping. What if the piece(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged? Please contact JORGIHEIR@OUTLOOK.COM to start the return process. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product
- (NO RETURN WITHOUT VIDEO OR PHOTO)
- Complete delivery address

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 days or more from the day we receive your return. JORGI HEIR will email you to confirm your order has been processed.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your credit to be refunded to your account.
EXCHANGES?
JORGI HEIR does not credit exchanges at the moment. This is handcrafted jewelry, due to the minimum supply our company doesn’t grant returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
